Nestled at 3,000 ft elevation, our property sits right below the regular snow line and can have light to moderate snow during the winter, and then beautiful greenery and wildflowers springing during Feb-May months.

Summer months make for a perfect time to dip into the Consumnes River or Sly Park (Jenkinson) lake. Make sure to bring shade with you!
